Yannick's Story

I lived
this struggle.

For many years I struggled with my own relationship to sexuality. Addicted to porn, stuck in compulsive habits, using excessive ejaculation as a way of numbing myself and avoiding responsibility for my life. Feeling drained. Feeling scattered. Feeling disconnected from my own power.

Even when sexual experiences were enjoyable, I noticed a recurring pattern: exhaustion, disconnection, and an inability to direct my energy toward what truly mattered.

Eventually I discovered practices around energy cultivation, semen retention, and sexual mastery. This changed everything. But over time I realized something important — sexual empowerment alone was not enough. I was still approaching sexuality from a place of performance and superficiality, leaving my soul unfulfilled on a deeper level

This led me into the study of tantra, sacred sexuality, energetic healing, embodiment, and spiritual development. My relationship with sexuality transformed from something that drained me into something that nourished me. What once felt compulsive became conscious. What once felt scattered became purposeful, as I realized what these ancient traditions always had pointed to, and I started to see my sexuality, as a pathway to embody the highest version of myself, embracing the shadow and the light, so I could experience true wholeness and union from within.
